Students will evaluate the different levels of management with respect to roles, responsibilities, and competencies.
Unit 2: Leading
Students will learn the human personality and apply the understanding of human behavior to explain how individuals and groups function in the workplace.
Unit 3: Management Challenges
Students will learn about the communication process within the workplace and evaluate the impact of personal and work-related stress on performance.
